BSX, LLC was created in 2012 and achieved its ANC 8(a) status in 2016.

BSX, LLC is a member of the TDX Government Services, TDX Holdings, LLC which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tanadgusix Corporation (TDX) the village corporation for Saint Paul Island. TDX was created under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971 to provide economic well-being for the indigenous Aleut people who resided in the village of Saint Paul, Alaska at the time the act was passed by Congress as well as their descendants.
